Dinner time not only brought chicken enchiladas but a yummy cream cheese flan(click HERE for recipe). I had so much fun preparing these fun foods. The best part was watching everyone eat them!!!

I want the flan recipe...Dad said it was the best flan he's ever had and we know that means a lot with him being such a flan aficionado. :) I am so glad you have a blog! I will be an avid follower!
